Refund and Return Policy

Shipping Information

We offer FREE SHIPPING for purchases over $100 p/product to everywhere in Australia. Our delivery time usually takes between 3 to 10 business days, due to COVID-19 difficulties and depending on where you reside. For international order please be aware that the delivery time will vary according to the destination country. Please note that any cost of duties or taxes imposed by the destination country will be under your responsibility.

Please note that, due to the difficulties face by COVID-19 you parcel may be delayed. We apologise and hope you can undertint the current situation. We advise you to also contact the post office regarding updates on your parcel if necessary. 

Refunds and Replacements

Items can preferably not be returned for refund due to change of mind, only if faulty or damaged. Returns will be refunded to the original paymentmethod but there will be $12 shipping and restocking costs. If you unfortunately received a faulty or damaged item, please, send us a video and/or photo on our email Sales@beautyhouse.com.au demonstrating what is wrong with the product so we can take a look and help you with it. Depending on the situation we may require you to send us the product back to better evaluate and send you a replacement. Refund and return only within 14 days after receivement!!!

Beauty House AU has the right to first send a new product before a refund can be demanded.

We are not responsible for returned items lost on the way to us. Please ensure the item is sent to the correct address.

All refunds will be made according to your original payment method and may take between 3-5 business days according with it. If you are not sure that a refund was made, please, check your spam box or contact us for more information.

 

Sale items

Sales items can not be refunded unless proved faulty.
