When your order was shipped, you should have received a Shipping Confirmation email from sales@beautyhouse.com.au with your tracking number in it.

Can't find your email? Send us a quick note at sales@beautyhouse.com.au and we'll resend it!

*Important: Since Covid, there are still delays in some orders. Take into account an additional delivery time of two weeks. 
Your order will be processed by Australia Post.
We will send a tracking code at an early stage. This means that Australia Post will show the message: 'processing'. This may last for a while but this is normal. We kindly ask for your patience. When Australia Post recognizes your tracking code, the product will come to you as soon as possible.
